Quilting has been a passion of mine for over forty years. From the very first quilt I stitched, I was hooked—the colors, the patterns, the endless creativity. Along the way, I’ve taken thousands of courses, traveled to retreats, and made so many wonderful friends who share the same love for fabric and design.

More recently, I’ve found myself drawn to another creative adventure—painting barn quilts. It feels like an extension of quilting, only this time the “fabric” is wood and paint. Just like quilting, once you start, it’s hard to stop!

For me, quilting and barn quilt painting are more than just hobbies. They’re a way to step away from the stresses of everyday life, to relax, recharge, and simply enjoy creating something beautiful. I believe everyone needs that kind of break now and then.
